Culinary Arts and Hospitality Majors

Le Cordon Bleu School of the culinary arts was founded in Paris over 100 years ago, in 1895. Its reputation for teaching the finest French cuisine soon spread beyond France, and over the decades it has grown to become the leading international culinary institution. Today it operates schools in London, Tokyo, Ottawa, Sydney and several in the United States.

US schools usually combine Le Cordon Bleu Diploma Program with study for a Bachelor's or Associate's degree, or a certification course in a subject such as baking and patisserie. The result is a combination of classical French techniques with cutting-edge American technology and training. In order to earn the coveted LCB Diploma students must successfully complete a curriculum comprised of intensive, practical and comprehensive training of the highest quality, taught by skilled and experienced chefs.
