You may be expected to use personality tests, interviewing skills, and aptitude tests to compare candidates against job profiles, which you may have helped construct. Entry level positions include Deputy Human Resources Manager in a medium sized firm, Payroll Administrator, a support role in labor relations or positions in recruitment agencies. Pay varies enormously depending on the size of firm you work for, your experience, and your responsibilities, but could be anywhere between $35,000 to $115,000 per annum.
