With two campuses located in the Laredo area, Laredo Community College, or LCC, offers associate degrees in numerous majors ranging from accounting to zoology. Between both campuses, LCC serves more than 12,000 students. In-district students pay only $179 per credit hour in tuition and fees while out-of-district students pay $221 and out-of-state students pay $337. If you are pursuing medicine, you could consider the University of Texas Health Science Center campus located in East Laredo. This location is an extension of the university's flagship campus in San Antonio, Texas. The university enrolls 3,000 students at the East Laredo campus and offers postgraduate degrees in medicine.
